YOU WILL BE PROVIDED WITH A COPY OF THE UXLENS PRODUCT AND RELATED "ONLINE" OR ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTATION (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS "UXLENS PRODUCT") ONLY IF YOU ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT (HEREINAFTER "AGREEMENT"). THIS IS AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU (HEREINAFTER "LICENSEE") AND THE LICENSOR.
By downloading, installing, using UXLENS PRODUCT including upgrades, source code for any purpose, You are agreeing to be bound by this license including without limitation the exclusions and limitations of LICENSOR's liability contained therein. If You do not agree with these terms and conditions you may not install, copy or otherwise use UXLENS PRODUCT
Subject to the terms of this AGREEMENT, LICENSOR grants to LICENSEE a non-exclusive, non-transferable, time-limited license to use the UXLENS PRODUCT, for its internal, end-use purposes only. LICENSEE may not copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Software
Title, ownership rights, and all Intellectual Property Rights in and to the UXLENS PRODUCT shall remain the sole and exclusive property of LICENSOR. UXLENS PRDOCUT offering is only licensed and not sold. You aren't permitted to install or use the software except in accordance with this license.
LICENSEE agrees not to reverse engineer UXLENS PRODUCT
LICENSOR expressly disclaims any warranty for UXLENS PRODUCT, which is provided as is without any express or implied warranty of any kind, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, or fitness of a particular purpose.
In no event shall LICENSOR be liable for any damages due to use of UXLENS PRODUCT. This includes without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information. In no event will LICENSOR be liable for loss of data or for indirect, special, incidental, consequential (including lost profit), or other damages. LICENSOR shall have no liability with respect to the content of UXLENS PRODUCT or any part thereof, including but not limited to errors or omissions contained therein, libel, trademark rights, business interruption, loss of privacy or the disclosure of confidential information of the LICENSEE or any other third party.
