UXLENS will never sell your information to someone else for advertising, or make money by ads. This policy describes information we do collect from you, how we use it and for how long it is preserved with us.

Information UXLENS collects

Account Information - When you signup for our services, we ask you for information such as your name and email. Payment related information such as your paypal id/email if you purchase a plan.
Interactions on our website - We collection information on how you interact with our website and details such clicks, scrolls, device, browser, IP address, content that you interacted with and errors that you encountered during the course of your interaction.

Purposes of using your information

We use your account information to carry out your transactions on our website. Services such as authentication to access your data is provided using your account information

Information collected automatically about you and your interactions is only used to improve your experince with our website and will never be sold to anyone else.

Retention of Data

Account information will be stored with us for long as necessary to carry out your transactions.

User Experience data collected will be stored with us for a period of 30 days and will be removed from our systems after that. Some aggregate information which will not have any personally identifiable data will be preserved for general analytics of our website and retained for as long as necessary.

Opt out of tracking

If you wish to be excluded from any kind of analytics, you can do so by setting the "DO NOT TRACK" flag in your browser. Please do note that we still have to use cookies for authenticating our site users but we will turn off all other tracking and analytics for those users who have opted out.

User Rights on collected information

As a user we respect your privacy rights and you can contact us for any of the following matters by writing to us at hello@uxlens.com

Right to access - We store all information about a user identified by their email address and hence we can give you all the details we have against that email address provided we still hold the data. Our analytics data which has personally identifiable information expires after 30 days and is automatically removed.
Right to be forgotten - You can send us a request by email if you want your information to be deleted from our databases.
Right to restriction of processing - You can follow the steps mentioned above to opt our of user tracking completely so we will stop gathering and using your information.
Right to portability - We can provide you with an extract of all the information we have about you upon a request sent to hello@uxlens.com. The data will be in a csv file and in a machine readable format for easy portability.
